When fitting out their new offices, this client decided not to install the originally specified ceiling cassette type air conditioning units to reduce build costs, however, after one summer they decided it was a must.

After surveying the offices, we discovered that the void above the false ceiling was too shallow to fit ceiling cassettes, so we discussed the option for high-wall type units.

with limited space outside, the best option was for a mini vrv system with one outdoor unit serving five indoor units.

now the client has full control over their office environment.
